Director Biography - Lucho Bernal Mateos

Lucho Bernal Mateos, was born in Oberá, Misiones; He completed his primary and secondary studies in the city of Posadas. He received his degree in "Radio and Television Producer and Director" at ISER to continue with a degree in Art and Digital Design at the Universidad del Salvador. In 1998 he participated in the National Seminar on Radio Journalistic Production given by the UNNE and the Digital Photography Seminar at the Montoya Institute. He worked as a secondary and tertiary teacher between 2008 and 2016. In 2020 he completed the Diploma in Audiovisual Exhibition and Distribution at the National University of Villa María. In 2018 he served as director of the Oberá en Cortos film festival and is a founding member of the film association Network of Mission Directors.
As for his work during November and December 2021, he worked as RCO (robo cam operator) for the Finnish reality show I'm a celebrity get me out of here for MTV3 Finland; He is co-producer of the documentary "Eldorado la Tierra sin Mal" by Joaquín Polo and Liliana Mazure, in April of the same year he was head of production of the Film "Maragato" by Elián Guerín. On Television, he was the executive producer of the TV program (nominated for the 2010 Martín Fierro Federal awards) "El Asadito" for Canal 12 Misiones and Colsecor, Córdoba, which was also produced on public TV in Paraguay under the name "El Asadacho". he also did it on live programs as general producer of "No te Duermas" entertainment program, "Noche de Locos" and "Important Matters" In 2012 he directed the documentaries: "Aristobuleños, stories of their history"; "Quieta non Movere -La Masacre de Oberá" through the contest "NOSOTROS" organized by INCAA and the Ministry of Planning; "La Fronteira" in international co-production between Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, the cycle "Conversations Between Artists" (Misiones chapter) organized by the TDA and the Polos Tecnológicos Audiovisuales Tecnológicos program, and the short film "El Dulce de Leche2 (independently produced, in 2006).He carried out logistics and production tasks for "Mirador Argentino" and "Estudio País" (Channel 7 Argentina).He has also participated in the production of the film "Detrás del Sol, Más Cielo".
