Jack Jewers is a BAFTA-nominated, Royal Television Society award-winning director, working in film, television and advertising.
In 2014 Jack directed and produced Night School: the Web Series. Based on the international bestselling books by CJ Daugherty, the series was an official selection at several festivals, including Marseille, New York, Washington D.C.—and the inaugural Dub Web Fest in 2015. It also became one of the most widely covered British web series to date, including a cover story in the Guardian, and a sellout panel at London Comic Con. The Night School YouTube channel has since gained over a million views.
Jack’s other recent credits include Shalom Kabul, a black comedy based on the true story of the last two Jews of Afghanistan (spoiler alert: they hated each other). Jack is currently working on his first feature film, which he can’t wait to tell you about.
He lives near London and can often be found not doing work on Twitter, where he is @jackjewers. Find out more about Jack at www.jackjewers.co.uk
