A university sponsored festival focused on the work of regional college and high school filmmakers.

Filmmakers MUST confirm that they are a current high school or college/university student in Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia to be considered for selection to the festival.

Awards will be given in the following categories:
Best of Show - High School
Best of Show - College

Awards will will also be offered in the following categories:
Directing
Production Design
Cinematography
Performance(s)
Editing

Filmmakers selected for entry will also be invited to special workshops and events to be held on the campus of Jacksonville State University in conjunction with the film festival.

Rules & Terms

All entries are free.
The entrant must be a current high school or college student in Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee.
The entrant must be the producer, director or writer of the film.
All film entries must have been created while you were in high school or college.
Only films completed after April 15, 2021 are eligible.
All submissions are due by December 9th, 2023, for judging purposes.
All entries must be 15 minutes or less including credits.
All genres allowed.
You must have the legal right or approval to enter this work.
Films must be uploaded to FilmFreeway, YouTube or Vimeo, files must be downloadable
