JER - Broken (Official Music Video)

Broken heart is so hard 2x

Que essa falta faz,
How does your absence makes me feel?

Que me aperta a mente
It drives me crazy

Solto a minha cabeleira
I let my hair blow in the wind

Deixei de servi a mesa
I stopped serving the table

Eu vou voar, eu vou nadar
I will fly, I will swim

Tudo que andar eu vou atrás
Everything that is alive, I’ll chase

Eu vou correr em paz,
I will run in peace

Ate o dia nascer, eu vou curar.
Until the day comes out, I will heal

Quem dá mais a esse lindo amor
Who gives more for this graceful love

Dorme, dorme serenata
Sleep, sleep listening to a serenate

Guarda e cuida, desse grande amor
Keep it and care of this great love.

Artist Biography

JERis a Brazilian-Canadian artist, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Fusing psychedelic grooves with global roots, JER draws inspiration from the Afro and Indigenous rhythms of northeastern Brazil. With a touch of '70s vintage vibes and bold '90s aesthetics, her sound defies conventions, creating an electrifying and boundary-pushing musical experience that reimagines tradition. Her music, rooted in Bahia's diverse rhythms, embraces experimentation while honoring her heritage. As she prepares for her debut album in March 2025, JER's sound reflects a dynamic fusion of tradition and modernity.
