It's up to you
7 out of 10 students don't know what to do after high school; this is a decisive moment in the life of a teenager and they feel overwhelmed and anxious about that situation. Are they ready to take such an important decision? Do they have the support they need in this challenging decision making process? Do they know enough about their talents and passions?
Ten young students were challenged in a 10 days journey throughout Europe to get inspired and take perspective before taking one of the most challenging decisions in their lives: what am I going to do after high school?

It's up to you is her debut documentary film.
There were many things that we didn't know before the shooting, but there was one that we knew for sure; we wanted the 10 students to take part in the creation of this documentary.
That's why, the first day we gave them a Go Pro, so they could film this trip from their own point of view, a true portrait of their generation.
After the shooting, we organized a film editing masterclass, so they could learn the principles of film editing, and they did all the assisting editing, synchronizing image and sound from all the footage from the 10 days trip. Some of them also took part on the animation process of the intro, by illustrating and animating.
They took part in the whole process of the production of this documentary and this gave them a better look of the audiovisual careers.
Our goal with this documentary is to inspire and empower all those teenagers that very soon will have to take such an important decision about their future.
