One lesson I've learned in my life is the most profound messages and thoughts can come from the weirdest of times. A few years ago, I found out about a song from an artist named Goldlink called Crew featuring Brent Faiyaz and Shy Glizzy. That day I listened to this song about 247 times. Not only was the song catchy and upbeat but the three-minute song made me relive the moments I had with my friends roaming the town late night during my college years.

Reflecting on that period, I felt that at a young age those moments were helping me escape from the normalities of my life and I didn't want it to end. However, I knew reality will bust your fantasy bubble and you will have to face it.

In It Comes With It, our protagonist, Kace, has to do just that. She finally comes home to hang out with her friends for late-night fun and all of sudden, a moment brings her back to deal with something she wants to avoid during this time. And out of all the times, she deals with it when talking to a fast-food worker via intercom. There is a humor to it. Even though there is a message, I felt it should be viewed in a comedic fashion.
