Sana Al-Ansari is a Qatari/American Masters of Fine Arts Documentary Practice student at University College London. She graduated from NUQ in 2019 with a bachelor's in Communication. She has a passion for filmmaking and participated in many different films as a sound recordist, script supervisor, director and producer. In 2017-2018, she joined the Studio 20Q Board as the Public Relations Chair, giving her the opportunity to brand and market the club. She traveled to many different places on service learning trips, such as: Nepal, Italy and the United States and enjoys learning about new people from different cultures. Sana directed her own documentary that received a grant from Studio20Q about the military service in Qatar. During her MFA in Documentary Production at UCL, she made a film about a typical Qatari in London. Recently, she completed her 20-minute documentary about Ramadan during the lockdown.
