In the other side of the reverse / Del otro lado del inverso

In the Araucanía region, Chile, on December 14, 2020, a total solar eclipse was experienced that awakened the imaginary of a whole country. The dance film is an invitation to relive this solar eclipse, in the same location in southern Chile, with the lenses of dance and fantasy. It investigates the experience of living this natural phenomenon, and shows how the space and emotions of the interpreter change after this night parenthesis. The choreography is inspired by the poetry of the Chilean Armando Uribe, specifically the text Verse Bruto.
A fantastic alien and contrasting fiction is installed in this natural environment, where you can see a person in a situation of comfort and enjoyment with a minimalist and neat aesthetic.

En la región de la Araucanía, Chile, el 14 de Diciembre del 2020 se vivió un eclipse solar total que despertó los imaginarios de un país completo. El video-danza es una invitación a revivir este eclipse solar, en la misma locación del sur de Chile, con los lentes de la danza y la fantasía. Indaga en la experiencia de vivir este fenómeno natural, y muestra como cambia el espacio y las emociones del intérprete luego de este paréntesis de noche. La coreografía está inspirada en la poesía del chileno Armando Uribe, específicamente del texto Verso Bruto.
Se instala una ficción fantástica ajena y contrastante a este entorno natural, donde se puede apreciar a una persona en una situación de confortabilidad y disfrute con una estética minimalista y pulcra.
