Overall Rating
  • This is an amazing Festival, one that see all films and filmmakers as equal regardless of who you are and where you from. I had my movie selected last year and I was very impressed with the professionalism, communication skills, and efficiency of this festival. As a result, I submitted my next film the same day it became ready and we have another official selection. I am very pleased to be a part of this festival through my work and I look forward to it with each project I have. Thanks! You and keep up with the diversity because people are watching from afar.

I was honoured to be selected for and attended the ISFMF event in 2018. I can honestly it was one of the best festivals I've ever been to with regards to the seminars and networking. The awards event was fantastic too and what a venue!
For me, attending a festival is all about the opportunity to meet others in film making and music composition and hopefully learn and exchange ideas. The ISFMF team have some very prestigious people from the world of filmmaking and music composition in attendance. All of whom took me under their wing and truly made feel like I was part of a big family. I am pround to say I made some life long friends on that first trip out to Pula and I look forward to attending again someday!

The International Sound & Film Music Festival is simply amazing and highly recommendable! That would be enough to say but I would like to tell more for people who are considering to attend this outstanding Film Festival...
The award night was the best I have experienced since maybe 15 years or even more… Violinists, chorus, singers with a guitar accompanied by film extracts from the best movies of film history where just incredible! And what to say about the many attendees who won Oscars and BAFTA awards or stuff like that... we never experienced something like that before.
The location close to the sea in Pula Croatia was wonderful. The colleagues from all over the world where excellent networking occasions, but even more: great fun to stay with! Our two musicians Bernhard Falkner and Marlon Prantl won even the Horizon Award... which we really did not expect putting together the incredible quality of what has been shown and nominated.
I just can say sometimes dreams come true... just go for it!!!!
