İnönü University 14. International Short Film Fest

1. The deadline for submissions to the competition is 31st March 2022.
There is no enty fee for the competition.
3. Submissions are made only through http://www.filmfreeway.com
4. The competition is only open to films shot after January 01, 2021. The year the film is completed and the synopsis must be included in www.filmfreeway.com.
5. Submission is only open to fiction and documentary films.
6. The duration of the films should not exceed 30 (thirty) minutes.
7. Except the ones in Turkish language, the films must have embedded English subtitles. There is no need to add subtitles to the films in English.
8. The competition can be submitted with a maximum of two works.
9. Submitted films should not have received any awards at the previous İnönü University International Short Film Festival.
10. Films included in the selection or the competition can not be withdrawn.
11. If the festival board deems necessary, it may close the system for new submissions without waiting for the deadline.
12. The authors are responsible for their own copyrights.
13. The festival management has the right to use a 3 (three) minute portion of the film for promotional purposes.
14. Producers, directors, actors and other artists who contribute to the film are deemed to have accepted these rules. It is the responsibility of the applicant filmmaker to inform the artists who contribute to the productionabout this regulation.
15. The final films will be announced on the official website and Instagram account of the festival.
16. Works that do not comply with the specification will not be taken into account.

1. Yarışmaya son başvuru tarihi 31 Mart 2022’dir.
2. Yarışmaya katılım ücretsizdir.
3. Başvurular yalnızca http://www.filmfreeway.com aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir.
4.Yarışmaya 01 Ocak 2021 tarihinden sonra çekilmiş filmlerle başvurulabilir. Filmin tamamlandığı yıl ve sinopsisi filmfreeway.com’da mutlaka yer almalıdır.
5. Yarışmaya yalnızca kurmaca ve belgesel türündeki filmlerle başvurulabilir.
6. Filmlerin süresi 30 (otuz) dakikayı aşmamalıdır.
7. Dili Türkçe olmayan filmlerde gömülü İngilizce altyazı olması zorunludur. Dili İngilizce olan filmlerin alt yazılı olmasına gerek yoktur.
8. Yarışmaya en fazla iki eserle başvurulabilir.
9. Başvurusu yapılan filmlerin daha önce İnönü Üniversitesi Uluslararası Kısa Film Festivali’nde ödül almamış olması gerekmektedir.
10. Seçkiye veya yarışmaya alınan hiçbir film geri çekilemez.
11. Festival yönetimi gerekli gördüğü takdirde son başvuru tarihini beklemeden sistemi yeni başvurulara kapatabilir.
12. Eser sahipleri kendi telif haklarından sorumludur.
13. Festival yönetimi, filmden 3 (üç) dakikalık bir bölümü tanıtım amaçlı olmak koşuluyla kullanım hakkına sahiptir.
14. İnönü Üniversitesi Uluslararası Kısa Film Festivali’ne katılan yapımcı, yönetmen, oyuncu ve filme katkısı bulunan diğer sanatçılar bu kuralları kabul etmiş sayılırlar. Yapıma katkısı bulunan sanatçıları bu yönetmelikten haberdar etmek, başvuru sahibi film yapımcısının sorumluluğundadır.
15. Finale kalan filmler, festivalin resmi internet sitesinden ve Instagram hesabından ilan edilecektir.
16. Şartnameye uymayan eserler dikkate alınmayacaktır.
