In my golden paddy field
"In my golden paddy fields" is a recounting of one of the several stories of untold violence in my village, narrated through the perspective of a fictional victim. Employing elements of nature, the film sets this story in the setting where the act of violence happened. What transpires then is an unsettling feeling of the serene.
