Ink wash painting is an artwork that combines water and ink. Each piece shows its own spirit and rhyme.
Master Wu Haicheng devoted himself to pursue the sacred realm of eastern art, but an accident cost his left eye. At the age of 75, he still travels around the world to learn from nature to create his artworks. The master found himself having trouble to fit in the tangled modern world. While the environment and culture are being damaged, and the art masters are growing old, the elegant eastern culture and art are fading away…

Director Biography

Pan Yueping, Founder of ISTUDIO Paris, producer and director of Create Asia Group Hong Kong. Born in Guangdong Province, China, she graduated from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and Le Conservatoire Libre du Cinéma Français, she is now based in Paris. As a multiple award-winner, Pan focuses on the production of documentaries. She was the French film crew manager of <One Night Stand>-Cai Guo Qiang, as well as producer of other documentaries such as < Bajin> < Gesar>.
