Welcome to our second Annual IndieMand International Film Festival. "Our mission and objective was to create a platform not only for the DC, Maryland, and Virginia indie filmmakers, but also to provide a platform of achievements for international cinema artists. We can provide Global Distributions to all officially selected films thru Streaming and pay per view channel and share revenues to filmmakers that is nominated and winners of the festival. Indiemand International Film Festival will continued promoting filmmakers and musicians to a global audience.

We are dedicated to building a global film community and supporting emerging filmmakers. IndieMand International Film Festival has continued to strive and improve on its mission to promote and provide opportunities for artists of all genres to hone their skills and gain access to opportunities via our events, promotions, and networking opportunities.

All submissions must mention, what category they are applying for.
 
A log-line and a short synopsis of your work must be included with your film submission.
We screen all officially selected films in Indiemand Streaming Company a few weeks before the gala and awarding.
 For your convenience we accept online submissions for screening via FilmFreeway. If you choose to mail your copies, please send 2 copies of your DVD (NTSC format only) o

Entry materials will not be returned. Incomplete entries will not be considered. DO NOT use paper labels on the DVDs. DO NOT package your submission in shredded paper envelopes! Bubble-wrap is best. DO NOT send an SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelope), as preview materials cannot be returned.
 
All submission fees are non-refundable.

International submissions must be paid for by credit card. US submissions have the additional option of paying by money order. Make them payable to Indiemand.

Entries may be submitted on behalf of another, provided said other has authorized the submission.
There is no limit on how many entries you may submit, but each entry must have a separate submission and entry fee.

All films must be provided in their original language, with English subtitles. The “original language" refers to that in which a film is, or will be, exhibited in its country of origin. No dubbed video tapes or DVDs will be previewed or considered.
 
Films previously submitted to Indiemand International Film Festival will only be considered if they have been re-edited and re-entered as new submissions, including all applicable entry fees.

Selection Criteria:
 
Films are selected on an invite-only basis from eligible entries by the programming committee. Each film invited to be part of the Official Selection in competition by the Board of Directors/Programming Committee.

All participants with officially-selected films in the competition will be informed via email. Please ensure you provide us with the right email address.

The winner in each category will be announced at the gala scheduled to occur following the close of the competition.

Award winners and nominees will be announced on the Indiemand International Film Festival website, our social media page and in our online magazine/newsletters. If your film is selected for screening, or if your submission is a finalist, please make every effort to attend the film festival. At this time Indiemand International Film Festival does not provide financing for any travel, accommodation, or gala tickets.

Selected films must be made available for Festival presentation in DVD or Blu-Ray format.
During the entire duration of the Indiemand, none of the films invited may be shown outside the Festival's official theaters before their official screenings.

Submission Labeling & Shipping:

All submissions must be labeled with the film title, running time and contact information (including name, address and phone number) and FilmFreeway tracking number. International shipments must be accompanied by a commercial invoice (containing the film title, run time, format (color or b&w), value of shipment and sender's name and address). 19) Screeners and shipping documents should be marked: Without commercial value, for cultural purposes only. All film submissions must be shipped prepaid and packed in proper containers to arrive at the Indiemand office no later than their respective deadlines.

If a film is invited to participate, the hard copies MUST reach the Indiemand office on time and must be shipped prepaid and packed in proper packing material..
Indiemand International Film Festival does not assume any liability for damage to your hard copies due to improper packing material or otherwise. 
 
All films must be submitted on DVD (NTSC only) or Blu-Ray.
 
Once a film has been selected it cannot be withdrawn from the Festival program during the event.
Participation in the Indiemand International Film Festival implies acceptance of all the aforementioned regulations and respect of preselection conditions.

You must provide a link to your trailer so that we can post it to our website & promote it via other channels.  Send the link via our contact Form.
 
Not all officially selected films will be screened.  Contact the festival organizer and check the schedule to see if your film will be screened. Filmmakers should bring  a copy  in either DVD or Blu-Ray format to the screening. If you want to test playback, you must coordinate with the projectionist or the festival organizer to come early, before the first film showing.  If you want your copy back, you should ask the projectionist to give your copy back at the end of the screening.
 
Indiemand International Film Festival is not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen copies of your film, any flyers, banners or any personal belongings left on the venue.
