The Creative Alliance paves the way for virtual short film festivals, having already successfully hosted one online film festival in the middle of the lockdown. We're excited to be back and organising 3.0!
You can still watch the trailers and Q&As from our previous event here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/276036903566545/
We help you promote your work as a filmmaker, providing individual posters and Social media posts for each film/filmmaker in our line up.
You will be invited to join us for a LIVE Q&A via Zoom, giving you a chance to talk about your work and share your experiences with the filmmaking community.
We will be shouting about you from the rooftops, and once you are screened at any of our events, you are part of the family - The Creative Alliance!
Supporters of Independent and Short Films were treated to a weekend of award-winning short-films using a combination of Zoom and the Facebook streaming platform on 9th and 10th May.
Indie Film Fete 2.0 was birthed after Indie Film Fete 20, due to take place that weekend at The Bernie Grant Arts Centre, was forced to be canceled due to the current pandemic.
Indie Film Fete 2.0 managed to screen 18 short films over 4 sessions on the 9th and 10th May with a Q+A panel available to take questions after each session. It was literally akin to attending a film festival from the comfort of your home. The Creative Alliance are currently building an online collaboration platform for filmmakers with a particular emphasis on ensuring the spotlight is equally shun on those from underrepresented backgrounds.
