Andrew Burrell, is an aspiring filmmaker currently studying at Norwich University of the Arts. Born and raised in Norfolk and Norwich, Andrew's love for storytelling and cinema has driven him to pursue his dreams to create impactful cinematic experiences that resonate with audiences.
Inspired by a true story and partnered with other short film "Lazarus", “In My Words” is a film that revolves around the profound relationship of grief between a mother and her daughter upon a striking diagnosis. Loss is a part of the human experience, and it is through these shared emotions that we discover our commonality, our humanity. It is my sincere hope that this film will touch the hearts of audiences, encouraging them to reflect, treasure their relationships, and find solance in the shared experiences of loss and love. By immersing ourselves in the emotions and stories of others, we deepen our understanding of what it means to be human and our appreciation for the preciousness of life.
