In Cave
The story of the last night before everything became meaningless -
the euphoria of despair.
Night. She walks in a red dress along the highway, smoking and drinking. He runs after her, catching up, yelling at her with all his might, showering her with reproaches and complaints. She doesn't care anymore. She doesn't hear him.
She, like water, takes on the shape of the cold concrete space around her. Her consciousness freezes, and her movements lose their strength. Despair overwhelms her.
Night. He walks alone through an underground passage, smoking and drinking. He furiously punches the wall with his fists, senselessly throwing burning matches around him.
They are not together, but there is still a painful connection between them. So, during the dance, their movements are identical, as if they are reflecting each other.
A kaleidoscope of femininity and masculinity. He becomes her, and she becomes him. Her aggressive red dress on him, his strict black suit on her. Lifeless, she lies in his arms, completely drained of strength.
At some point, their inner storms reach their peak: she turns into a drowning butterfly, surrounded by streams of water from all sides. He smashes a street lamp, but instead of shards, feathers rain down on him. Is this a dream?
Each of them wakes up, as if from a heavy vision, lying on the floor of the underground passage. There is no one around. Their legs are weak, and their hands are unresponsive. He stands up and staggers forward in a zigzag. She stands up and staggers forward in a zigzag. Suddenly, they meet. Their bodies come together in a dance, more resembling a fight in which no one wants to give in. At some point, their faces freeze very close to each other. They breathe heavily. Then they entwine in a kiss as if it were their last.
FILL IN THE GAPS - nostalgic riff and Berlin beat. A young indie band that creates multi-instrumental compositions that captivate from the first to the last note. In their work, you can find the motives of the English lullaby, trip-hop, mixed with folk, electronica and jazz. All this, in different proportions, creates the unique sound of FILL IN THE GAPS.
