Sam Brown is a filmmaker based out of Lafayette, Indiana. He works full time as a Desktop Specialist in addition to being a freelance filmmaker under the production company Big Plan Pictures. In his free time he enjoys filming punk shows, making music and writing scripts, specializing in mockumentary, comedy and Science Fiction. Being immersed in punk subculture as well as the IT world provides Sam with more inspiration than he knows what to do with. In 2019 Sam was in the process of finishing 'In the Red', a detailed and intimate look into the life of the independent filmmaker Jason Zink as he gambles his financial future on his latest film, 'Straight Edge Kegger'. Due to release in late 2019. With several more projects in the works he is working hard to continue building his body of work as a writer, director and cinematographer.
