Ricardo Moreira is an Engineer with a Master on economics and a PhD Student in Climate Change and Sustainability. He wanted to show how it is in fact possible to adapt our cities to better circumstances, to mitigate the impacts a city produces and to have a healthier, more environmental driven cities that claim back public space to people, away from cars.
