I'm Imogen Radwan -- a London-based writer, director, editor and digital artist. I have a lifelong interest in human psychology, and my work often explores the unconscious fears and desires that drive us. My films draw upon various influences, including experimental cinema, horror and surrealism, and lean towards themes of the self & other, cyclicality, the female experience and mortality. I like to set my stories in highly evocative worlds, where mood informs substance.
With an MA in Script Writing from Goldsmiths UoL, I have been fortunate enough to write and direct several short films, including "Mia's World," which was selected for Brighton Cinecity Festival 2023, and shortlisted for Ravenna in 2023. I see each project as an opportunity to learn, evolve, and push my own creative boundaries.
Alongside my endeavours in filmmaking, I am also pursuing an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, as well as curating and making art for a new digital exhibition, "The Heartbreak Archives."
