I am an award-winning Director and DOP with over 10 years of experience making films, specialising in documentary and branded content. After starting out in broadcast television, I went on to work for a successful creative agency where I eventually lead the film department. From the Scottish Highlands to Ivorian Jungles, I have made films all over the world, often in extreme conditions and covering sensitive subjects such as male suicide, child sexual exploitation, or the refugee crisis. In 2019 I was one of twelve filmmakers awarded the Barbican Centre Film Grant for my documentary about digital identities.
As well as shooting and directing, I am also an accomplished scriptwriter and films I’ve written have gone on to be recognised in both the D&AD Awards and Vimeo Staff Picks.
I am currently based in London, UK.
