Ilias Mathioudakis made his first short film at the age of 7 (2015) with a friend. Since then he has made 8 short films, while he has also experimented at times with photography, written film reviews, adapted scripts for short theatrical performances at his primary school, taken part in theatrical performances and followed classical piano studies. His latest film, and most professional production by far, "Board Gap", which examines generation gap and its affection on conversation in a family dinner, won the special Nikos Kavoukidis Award at the 21st Camera Zizanio (Pyrgos, Greece) while it was also selected at 4 international film festivals in Europe and the USA.
