Director Biography - Mark Lazatin

Mark Lazatin lives in the Philippines. He started creating short films in 2018. He is an aspiring filmmaker who studies Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Filmmaking was not actually his first love. He started penetrating the art industry with singing — joined lots of competition, and was a member of a few chorale group. After years of struggle, trying to find his passion, Mark finally found his love for filmmaking.

Director Statement

This film was made in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the subject Understanding the Self. This film aims to show how mental health is important, as well as treating yourself right. Rest when needed
