My name is Idris Olawale Aleshinloye, Berlin-based Director, Documentary filmmaker & Cinematographer capturing raw human stories through a lens of truth and empathy. Passionate about shedding light on the unexplored narratives of our world. Bringing a unique perspective to life's complexities through the art of visual storytelling.
My documentaries are based on diversity inclusion heavily with the private and public sector, on top of that my topics are race, gender, colonialism, neoliberalism and focus on fragmentation of history in the body through dance and analyzing the body also through academic works and journals as well. My main demographic regions of focus are South East Asia, West-Asia, Europe, Middle east, Africa which also ties into a long narrative of my work…
