Paul Said, a photographer, writer and a director. Born in 2003 in a small town called Musoma located in Tanzania, East of Africa. Moved to the US by age 13 for education. His work influence the viewers as both touching and relevant as his works speaks to society about society. His first short documentary titled "I can't breathe" released in 2020 which explores the events occurred in 2020 and delivers the message of healing.
This film was motivated by the events that occurred in 2020. Ss a high school student the pandemic affected school life while the Black Lives Movement affected home life, so I decided to put the both lives together with the theme of breathing, arguing that the pandemic pushed the BLM movement to where it's at.
