I Will

I Will is short film based on the life of an African American male named Mychal Davis who comes from poverty and lacks direction in life. He goes through obstacles that’ll shift his mindset forever. With no real father figure in his life and a single mother who works often to pay the bills, he is forced to grow up fast and find the self-motivation that he needs to deal with negativity in his life. He sets out to achieve his ultimate goals of paving a new path in his life, helping out his family and breaking a generational curse. Mychal Davis sets out to represent possibility. In drama/thriller showing that your background doesn’t determine your destiny and with hard work and precision, this is what’s to be proven.
