I Walk, I Run, I Drum

Traditional culture and community meets rhythm and athletics. I Walk, I Run, I Drum is a film about a unique annual event held in the beautiful, natural bushland of Port Stephens. The workshop encourages people to embrace the deep connection between rhythm and the environment as they run, drum and celebrate their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Hosted and run by Bronwyn White, the Hunter Regional Development Officer for Athletics NSW, in collaboration with the Port Stephens Council, the event, I walk I run I drum, helps celebrate the amazing rural aspects of Port Stephens and the interest of many of the locals to keep active.
