I Scream

I am 23 years old and I am an amateur filmmaker from Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Amateur by title, not by experience. I first started working with a camera around age 10 in nature photography. In high school, I excelled in classes such as creative writing, journalism, broadcasting, and woodshop. Shortly after graduating high school I started my pursuit in video production. I first started self-taught, making my own comedy videos and home movies then added further schooling at Stark State College. I graduated in 2022 with an associate degree in Digital Video and Media Technology. While at school I gained hands-on experience making commercials, instructional videos, social media content, and documentaries. There, I won an award for Best Short Narrative with my short film, 'I Scream.'

Does that mean I'm an award-winning filmmaker?

Yes, yes it does.

I am an all-around filmmaker/videographer; I know, can do, and have done most anything in the process. I've written, directed, filmed, edited, and produced 6 narrative short films and over 20 video projects. I describe my style as comedy with real-life themes. Under the whit and comedic tones are connections to themes and reasons behind the making. Lines are said, moments are created, and it's all on purpose. I hope they can make you laugh, then think afterwards.
