I Naufraghi (The castaways): Il Testimone

It is a noir focused on the death of a twenty year old girl.
The boy, the father, the mother, the friend ... In how many ways can the life of someone who disappears be re-read? Often the life that appears corresponds only partially to that which one has within oneself or which one reveals in sudden moments.
'The castaways' meet their own precious insufficiency because there is always a need for someone else, like Chiara, the indirect protagonist of this film which at the beginning decrees their disappearance, provokes their search and becomes the mirror in which to recognize a possibility of truth and redemption.
From time to time the people who knew her offer their testimony to shed some light on her disappearance. They are therefore monologues that take place in a metaphysical place in the presence of a witness to whom each of these characters offers the version of her.
