Kolby Lipiz is a 16 year-old Cuban/American aspiring filmmaker. He has loved movies since he was a kid, which he blames on the fact that his mother went into labor with him while in a movie theater. (That movie won best picture, by the way.) His short films include NEIGHBORS and INSOMNIAC.
