IN PAGLAYAG: A Sulu Story
A short documentary about the washed away history of Sulu, the kingdom that birthed the Filipino Moro nation, and whose power gained much respect from China's Ming Dynasty and other Asian empires.
The story sails beginning from the historic diplomatic mission of Sulu's Great Eastern King to China until how multiple foreign invasions, of whom the Sultanate fervently fought, tarnished a once glorious kingdom in the Philippines. Despite Sulu having been such seat of power, it was robbed of its human rights and place in Philippines and its history due to colonisation and the inquisition of ethnic cleansing.
