Ashleigh Nichols is an Emmy nominated filmmaker, and an award-winning short film director. Born in San Diego, California, she has lived all over the state from the boring parts to the beautiful. She moved to Los Angeles in 2001 and had no clue what she was doing. It has taken her a few years, but she is now on the path.

For many years she worked on the production side of Film and Television Production for Networks such as HBO, Disney, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Litton Entertainment. Where she learned the ins and outs of Film and Television Production at all levels and through various genres of Television.

At the same time creating her own content as well as working with others to see their visions fully realized. This is where she felt she needed to be. Creating content with both a creative and logistical voice. While she has the experience and know how required to Produce quality content she also has the creative instincts to Direct and Produce inspiring content that tells stories.

Most recently she has Produced the Web Series, MARS THR3E, set to release later this year. She has also Directed and Produced Kate Sargeant Curtis’ Comedy short film, CHANGING LANES. She also wrote and directed the very emotional, I CAN’T DO THIS, short film, currently in festivals. One of her favorite projects she wrote was THE PORCH, short film, which she also Produced and Directed.

Ashleigh is a woman who wants to tell stories and wants to make sure they are well done. With her skills as a Producer, Director and Writer, she epitomizes the term, Storyteller.
