The International Delegate + (Visa Letter) Access Pass is intended for anyone seeking a letter of invitation for visa purposes only! This specific type of ticket does not apply to IBDFF filmmakers and their guests who do not require a visa letter and are travelling from North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, or other visa-free countries. When applying for a visa at a Canadian mission overseas, applicants must include their ticket and visa letter.

The International Black and Diversity Film Festival is a subsidiary of the Black Actors and Film Guild Canada, a recognized Canadian non-profit organization based in Toronto that promotes black and varied films on an annual basis.
As a non-profit organization, we must find ways to generate funds, which includes ticket sales to cover the high costs of organizing a festival and an awards ceremony, which can be costly.
We do our best to provide a great experience for our filmmakers and their guests, who travel from all around Canada and the world.
Our admission rates are moderate so that our filmmakers and their guests can attend, network and enjoy each moment at the IBDFF event.

• Dress code: Formal: Cocktail or Gala Style Dress!
Dress Code (Formal): Women may wear full-length or cocktail-length dresses, while men are encouraged to wear suits.
The IBDFF VIP All-Access Pass provides full access to all event activities. This includes a priority walk on the red carpet with the camera rolling, the opportunity to mingle and network with other filmmakers, and the presence of invited industry stakeholders from various backgrounds from Canada and around the world at the event. Participate in the filmmaker's interview series, eat before the awards show, and more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
• All tickets are nonrefundable.
• Tickets can only be refunded if the event is cancelled.
• Tickets are transferable. You may resell or transfer your ticket to someone who represents you.
We recognize that plans can change. If you cannot attend the awards ceremony, you may transfer your tickets or passes to someone else who will attend on your behalf.
• Everyone must present a ticket.
• Tickets must be used for entry, exit, and reentry.
• You must display your tickets when leaving and re-entering the venue.
• Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter.

Also, we will verify IDs to ensure that the Ontario legal age limit for serving alcohol at the IP-designated lounge is met, with no exceptions!
While everyone is invited to the celebration, younger attendees under the age limit set by the Ontario government will be unable to consume alcohol. Again, there will be no exceptions! *****
