I Am A Sea
A short inspirational film by Ashley T. Benem using visual storytelling to ask the deeper questions about who we really are at our core and how we express ourselves in the world. The film challenges social constraints and archetypal patterns in the search for the formless and free self.

As well as executive leadership in both nonprofit and the private business sectors. Ashley is the co-owner of Raven River Productions, LLC.
I wanted to show how we, as a whole self, manifest in many characters, with many aspects and personas. This film helps illustrate some of those ideas. I loved making this film here in the greater Bellingham area. We are blessed with such diverse settings. I hope the film prompts some exploration and acceptance into the viewers diversity within.
