Junio is an Asylum seeker from Sierra Leone. He came to the southern part of Cyprus through the Dead Zone in search of a better life. As he shares his experiences about his immigration, his ideas around racism, and ways to solve the problem of immigrant homelessness, his Asylum Application gets rejected.

Director Biography - Nikolas Karatzas

Nicolas Karatzas is a cinematographer whose work focuses
on Documentary Production. He studied Multimedia and Graphic Design at the Cyprus University of Technology and, later on, graduated from the University of the Aegean in Cultural Documentary Production (MA). He has worked with international companies in advertising productions and has a strong arts and design background with an interest in audiovisual communication. His documentary work is distinguished by a human-centered approach and narrative. His work focuses on human rights, as well as on social and environmental issues.
