Director Statement

Hypnos was an extremely personal project for H.P. Lovecraft has had an immense effect on my life and worldview. Films inspired by him are often called "unfilmable" for their language often conveys "undescripable horrors". This was of course an interesting challenge for a film a distinctively visual medium.

What we ended up with is a romance/horror/psychedelic trip through the last days of a doomed relationship. Enjoy!
