Director Biography


Pooya Pournejati was born in Iran in 2005 and studied film in high school.
He has been interested in art since he was 8 and has tried to be influential.
He made his first film in 2020 entitled "Art Sales" and then in 2023 the film "Human Washing".
He has won numerous awards and nominations in the field of screenwriting in Germany.
He says: "Cinema is a language, and whenever I can't say something, I come to art, especially cinema. I'm always looking for unspoken words that need to be expressed. And in fact, they sum up the human life.
He is still working on the pre-production of his next project titled Black Plastic.
