Two American tourists meet at a bar in Costa Rica. They decide to spend a thrilling night together at his hotel, unaware of the supernatural surprises awaiting them. As the night unfolds, they become entangled in a series of paranormal events. While the woman fights for her survival against otherworldly forces, she must also navigate the ineptitude of the hotel's customer service and the communication barriers between them.
