Horror At The Hooker (HATH) is an on-going monthly horror film series at The Hooker-Dunham Theater & Gallery in Brattleboro, Vermont (one of the most beautiful and active arts communities in the country).

On the last Tuesday of every month #HATH will bring New England some of the best independent horror features & short films from around the world.

It is our mission to build a kick-ass community of horror film lovers, while providing a new venue for independent genre filmmakers to showcase their dark tales.

If selected your film will be screened in front of our enthusiastic genre-lovin' audience at the Hooker-Dunham Theater ( 90+ seats).

We will also passionately promote you and your work via social media/press, and an invitation to be interviewed on our blog.

While we can't afford to pay for travel, all filmmakers are extended an open invitation to attend and be part of a Q&A.

Our entire mission is to support indie horror filmmakers and we will do all we can to reach as wide an audience as possible for you.

WE ARE AN ALL-YEAR ROUND EVENT! So we may have to adjust announcement dates frequently.

Pretty please take the time to read through the Rules & Terms before submitting your film.

— If selected you understand we are unable to provide monetary payment for the rights to screen your film(s). We do not make a profit off your films.

—By submitting your work you allow us to screen, use artwork, and share trailers for promotional purposes to help bring your film the largest audience possible.

—We will consider films equally regardless of prior screening status or year of completion.

—Submissions do not gaurentee entry

Even though I couldn't attend the event, it was a great honour to have my short film accepted and exhibited at Horror at the Hooker (#HATH). Thank you all.
