The second annual Horn Festival for Experimental Cinema will be held in Jerusalem in September 2019.
Taking place in the Hansen House cultural center, the three-day event promotes the exposure and curation of bold, unconventional and innovative cinematic work.
The festival will center around an international short film competition in which a grand jury prize will be awarded. We are seeking inspiring films from across the spectrum of film (documentary, narrative, animation, video art and more) which aim to dismantle traditional cinematic conventions.
