'Horizon' is a short animation film about a journey of the human soul from the living world to the afterlife.

In the living world, a grieving wife prepares the funeral rites for her husband. In the afterlife, the husband wakes up, only to find himself alone in an unknown environment, without any knowledge of what to do and where he should go next.

Kamelia Umirah (k-umi) is an aspiring visual artist based in Singapore.

To her, an introspective nature and curiosity in the complexities of the human condition are essential qualities for her art creation, whether in a form of animation, illustration or motion graphics.
