SARAH LOUISE TAYLOR (Left)

Sarah graduated from WMU in 2018 with her BFA in acting. She has directed and assistant directed at Western, Queer Theatre Kalamazoo, and Farmer’s Alley Theatre. This is her first experience writing a film script and she has learned so much. She has very much enjoyed working with Laura Henderson and SHE Films Media on this project.

LAURA KAY HENDERSON (Right)

Laura Kay Henderson is a Michigan based film producer, director, editor and actress, and the owner of SHE Films Media, LLC. She received her BA in Communication (Film, Video, Media Studies) from Western Michigan University. She earned her MA in Communication from the same institution. As an actress and avid traveler, Laura has filmed in South Korea, Canada, Italy, France, England and the United States. Behind the camera, Laura began producing documentaries in 2010, working with arts organizations focused on social justice and community development. Outside of the movie business, Laura produces theatre, acts, does voice-over work and teaches Communications at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She is also founder of the 501c3 non-profit Queer Theatre Kalamazoo.
