Being a foreigner in this country, the folklores were very new to me. I incorporated small components of these local folklores into my film, and through this I wanted to portray the strong relationship between our past and present from a psychological and supernatural perspective.
I want my audience to empathise with Farah, the main character, as she learns about her past through her traumatic experience in the film. I want them to go on a journey with her, as I did myself while learning about these folklores, as she unravels her past that is fast catching up to her.
