Rick Morris is a veteran filmmaker, explorer, diver and conservationist specializing in Marine Science and the environment.
Rick is the former producer and videographer for the Census of Marine life and Encyclopedia of Life Projects as well as a Broadcast and News Photographer and Photo Journalist
In 2015 Rick was chosen as a Scuba Diving Magazine Sea Hero for his conservation and science films as well as his contributions to National Geographic, BBC, Canadian Broadcasting and numerous other media outlets and his work can also be seen in the United Nations Video Archive, on his website, www.rem-films and on Vimeo
My mission is to raise awareness about the state of our planet and environment, especially the Ocean and to do so with the 12-35 year old age groups who will inherit the world. The added extra is doing so using cell phones both under and above water so everyone can document the world
