Director Statement

Women do not deserve to live in fear. In Mexico, we keep on demanding justice for all of our sisters that are taken away from us every single day.

"Heridas" is an experimental short film, combining raw violence through contemporary dance by portraying how every time we get street harassment, they are taking away a part from us that will never come back. Emphasizing the importance of sorority, so that we can help between each other to heal those wounds.
