In celebration of Women's History Month, the 5 Shorts Project of CultureTrust Greater Philadelphia is hosting weekly film salons that will showcase the works of local women filmmakers. Starting on March 7th, each week we will screen a different genre of film: documentary, drama, comedy, and experimental or horror. The audience will get the added benefit of a "talk back" session with the directors.

3/28/20 - Experimental & Horror

Awards & Prizes

As an added benefit for those selected, 5 Shorts will donate a portion of the proceeds back to the selected filmmakers. Filmmakers can submit both short and feature-length films.

Rules & Terms

We are accepting both Short and Feature Length Films.
Multiple submissions are welcome.
All filmmakers must be in attendance at the screening to receive their donations.
Out-of-state filmmakers must be available virtually for the "Talk Back" session.
