Hello Sir

**Premiering at the Porn Film Festival, Vienna**

In the past ten years of working online as a webcam Dominatrix, I have made over 130 short ‘pay per view’ porn clips. Most featuring me talking to camera about the fetishes of ‘homo conversion’: forcing my clients to be gay, or ‘Sissyfication’: enforced crossdressing. The irony being I’m genderqueer Dyke who’s often read as straight in the mainstream world. One of my most visibly queer spaces has been online with my clients, visitors who often address me as ‘Sir’.
Hello Sir. Those words always begin the conversation with one of Jet’s most frequent clients and ironically create an acknowledgement of their essence that often fails to manifest in more consciously queer spaces. As a femme presenting person Jet is often misread as straight and it is a complex irony that recognition of their masculinity emerges in the transactional fantasies of ‘straight’ men. 
Heterosexuality has it’s shades of queerness. All parties approach the words “I like dressing up as a woman” from a perspective of genuine desire and ambivalence. 

There is also a zine, produced in parallel with 'Hello Sir', as an investigation of the conditions of the pandemic, sexwork, art and patronage.
