In 2018 after a successful kick off, there will be a second edition of the “Heelmeesters FilmFestival”. This festival is originated from art project Heelmeesters, which connects medical professionals to artists, whom transcribe the vision of the medical professional into artworks. This sunday february 11th the exhibition had its grand opening in stadsmuseum Harderwijk. The art is to be seen in several different exhibitions at different high- end locations.
The filmfestival is a way to present the ethics and aesthetics of the medical profession to a wide public; from medical student to art connoisseur. In the course of the evening, diverse health professionals will use artistic short movies to share their very own experience regarding their profession. The festival will take place in september 2018.
