Director Statement

One year ago, I made a documentary about my grandmother who is the nicest and kindest person I've ever known in this world. Her ability to overcome the struggles on her way with kindness and hope has always fascinated me. One year ago, when I stumbled upon a real life tragedy on the internet, I wondered again. How far does one person hold their belief in the good when confronted by the worst of the evil? Is pure evil real? If so, doesn't that mean we all should lose faith in humanity? What matters isn't the answer to this question but our desperate yet amazing ability to trying to find the good inside the a sea of vileness. The search for the heart of evil is the reason we all are living, so is the cause what made this film to happen.
