Heartache - A Visual Album
In 2015, as a Christmas gift for his younger sister, Sophie, Ollie Hobson offered to write her a pop song, secretly hoping this might help him with his writer’s block. It persisted however, and in December 2016, without ever receiving her present, Sophie tragically and unexpectedly passed away. Six years later, under the musical moniker Color for Colors, Ollie released the indie pop album HEARTACHE. Now, a year after the album's release, a group of Chicago filmmakers has produced a full visual album of music videos for every track.
HEARTACHE is an album written about and through the ever winding road of grief. Ollie's hope is that HEARTACHE might bring comfort and clarity to any listeners who are wading through the deep end of their own loss.
