Director Biography - Sabina Olivia Lambert

Sabina Olivia Lambert is a Queer filmmaker based in Los Angeles & Toronto. She began her career working on various feature films and television series, mentoring under a number of notable directors, writers, and producers.

Her mentorship under Director Donald Petrie (How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Miss Congeniality) combined with her B.A. in Film Production gave her the foundation to produce and direct Queen, a short, silent journey of an individual as they explore gender through drag. Queen premiered at Palm Springs' Cinema Diverse in 2018, before going on to screen at the prestigious Inside Out LGBTQ+ Film Festival in 2019.

Shortly after, Sabina was an Associate Producer on the Netflix original feature Feel the Beat, which premiered June 2020.

Sabina has most recently produced and directed Headphones , a short comedy of errors surrounding three roommates.

Sabina is currently in pre-production on the first season of web series, Like Comment Subscribe as Producer and Series Director. She is also developing her directorial debut feature along with a slate of projects with her set to Produce.
